I ordered two for my grandchildren on 11/18/25. The tracking still shows the order as processing. I emailed them and received no response, so I filed a complaint with a payment service. They are now replying but have not provided a shipping date, just thanking me for my patience. Scammers!
Caution! I would rate this as zero stars since I still have not received the product I ordered over two months ago. Their customer service gives me the run-around, assuring me it’s on its way, but when I ask for tracking, they can’t find my order number. After providing it, they went silent on my follow-up emails requesting delivery status or a refund. Avoid this service!
I would prefer to give a -5 star review as this company is a scam. They took my money, and I never received the product. All emails are the same, asking for confirmation of the shipping address, and I’ve received the same email four times. I tried calling customer service, but that was pointless. This company should be investigated and shut down. I want my money back, but I doubt I'll ever see it.
