I initially booked airport pickup, which was fine, so we decided to book an excursion with them. What a mistake! The upfront fee was $90 per person, but additional charges emerged at check-in: a $25 park entry fee and $65 for insurance on the vehicles, totaling $295 before even starting. We also booked a boat tour that was overpriced for the short duration. I cannot recommend this service at all.
