If I could give zero stars, I would. Our encounter with this service was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional I've ever experienced. Our shuttle was scheduled for 12:20 PM, and despite being at the pickup point on time, it never arrived. When we inquired, we were wrongly marked as a 'no-show.' The contradictory responses from customer service only added to the confusion. We ended up having to pay for a taxi due to their mistake, and they refused to take responsibility or issue a refund. Save yourself the trouble and choose another service.
