I ordered a book that was described as a hardcover and received a paperback. Trying to return it was difficult and then they didn’t pay for return shipping. So I lost money for their error. Horrible customer service. When I think of the time I wasted communicating with them on top of paying a return the book… actually it’s a great business model. Sell on a platform where there are no revenues and screw people over. It the American way.
