I received a book that had 50 pages missing but also included 50 duplicates of the prior pages. My complaints have only received automated responses about a 90-day limit for exchanges or refunds, which seems to be managed by AI. So, not only did I waste my money, but I also struggled to get a human response. It seems like buyers from the other platform should count the pages upon receipt.
