Canned response after canned response - ordered via AbeBooks believing they were based in the UK (as they claim), only to find it was being shipped from Illinois, USA??? It's been a month and 5 days - it was due to take between 4-11 days to arrive.Amazingly, the book did get to the UK! Only to turn around at the border and be sent back to Illinois, according to the tracking number.AbeBooks is equally completely unhelpful - they can't process a refund at all as the product is marked as 'shipped'. When asking for updates/refund requests from AbeBooks, I receive the same email template with zero formatting asking for the same details I've supplied twice already.Insane process. I just wanted a specific cover of a book. Weirdly, I did recieve the second and third books in the trilogy (same cover style) with no problem at all from another seller.
