Totally incompetent.Their lack of communication and transparency has been appalling from start to finish. If you're going for a working holiday visa do yourself a favour and do it yourself rather than spending a small fortune on these frauds.They have still not replied to my emails despite writing a fake response below acting as though they would respond. They have a complete lack of accountability for one's mental health and are a dangerous company.
