I would strongly advise people to be extremely careful when dealing with Great North Visa.
In my experience, the process involved repeated requests for additional payments while there was little to no real progress. Each time a supposed step was reached, another fee appeared, but there was never any clear outcome or transparency about what was actually being done.
At first I thought it might just be inefficiency or poor organisation. However, over time the pattern became very concerning. The constant requests for money without tangible progress made the whole experience feel like a scam.
Another major red flag was being encouraged to provide information that did not feel accurate or appropriate for an immigration application.
In the end, I stopped working with them and used a different immigration company instead. After going through the same type of process with another company, it became clear that what I experienced with Great North Visa was not normal.
Overall, the experience left me feeling misled and very frustrated. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to do very careful research before paying them any money.
TOTAL SCAM! You pay and they do not pick up the phone anymore! stay away!!!!I called non stop 3 days in a row every half an hour; no one ever picks up the phone! Before you pay they pick up the phone after 2 rings. Once you paid no chance to talk to anyone! Answering machine says we will call you back…no one ever calls back…once you pay they go silent! Don’t believe any of the standard feedback reviews they will write back it is pure lies…total crooks! Stay away!

Do not trust your money and details to these people. I applied for a visa with these guys in January, received little contact, requests to cancel my application went unanswered or I was passed from person to person. ‘We’ll contact you in 24/48hrs’…. Never happened.They are scammers in Bulgaria.The address they have listed in Vancouver, is fake. I contacted other tenancies in the building they had listed themselves in and they do not have a tenancy there. All phone calls line up with working hours that are based in Europe.Reputable RCIC’s in the area have not heard of them. They have been reported to the relevant authorities. Do not fall for the scam.
