I am very very sad to write this review but great north visa have let me down greatly! I paid them a large amount of money to help me process a visa application which turns out I am now not eligible for. Great north visa team were always amazing with replying to my emails and assisting me through the process until I told them I would like a refund on my unspent money due to being mislead about my eligibility for the visa I had applied for. They are now dodging all my emails. I have sent them about 10 in total and with no reply. How they can just take peoples money and not have a care in the world really baffles me. Maybe I have just been unlucky, but for the amount of emails I have sent without reply screams to me that they can’t be bothered helping out a customer who had to put so much trust in them.
