Do not use this company. Firstly how can trust pilot verify this company based on their domain name alone? Go to an actual Immigration lawyer and avoid intermediary scammers like this company. I agree with all the other bad reviews of this company. Bad communication, awful at answering questions directly. They run an hourly rate of 400 USD which is ridiculous. Since dealing with this company I have spoken to an actual immigration lawyer who confirmed the action this company took was fraudulent. They should have never made an application in the first place. Any proper lawyer can tell you what your CRS score will be before making any application. This company will try and take thousands of dollars or pounds from you only to turn around and say your score is not high enough. Do not expect any refund from them. Their address is fraudulent and this has been confirmed by RCMP. Go directly to an immigration lawyer and avoid this company.UPDATE since Great North Visa replied.1. I have provided you with my details and you have made no effort to contact me directly, so your generic copy and paste response of "We would be happy to look into your case and work together to resolve any issues" is empty and useless.2. You say my case was finalized with your customer relations department which is not true. You refused to answer my questions and stopped replying to my emails and phone calls. You said I had agreed to clauses in your Terms and conditions which no one could clarify or answer. I was handed around to several different people in your customer relations department because no one could answer my simple questions about where I had agreed to these clauses.3. At no point did I ever speak to or was contacted by an "Authorized Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant". Anyone reading this review, you can go directly to Authorized Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and not have to deal with an intermediate company like this one. Like I said above in my original review a proper consultant will tell you your CRS score for far less than this companies extortionate hourly rate. 4. You say that "your account manager did inform you of your low CRS score". Your are correct, however he only told me this months after making an application. You should have never made the application in the first place. You do not need to make an application to know what my CRS score is. You clearly made the application so you could charge me by your extortionate hourly rate. 5. Another generic copy and paste response of "we look forward to making any necessary improvements based on your feedback" I highly doubt this. I also highly doubt Great North Visa will ever contact me directly to "work together to resolve any issues". Again avoid this company and go directly to an Immigration Consultant.
