Applied for Permanent Residency in April 2021 with Great North Visa and I sent them over US$10,000. I have presented them with all the documents that they requested, the last being biometrics on June 13th, 2022. I have not heard from them. I have emailed them and telephoned them numerous times, the response being that someone will contact me within 48 hours. I got desperate and visited the address on their website and letter head to find that no one has heard of them. Is this a scam.....
