Extremely disappointing experience with Great Places Housing Group.
For several months we have been trying to resolve a serious ongoing issue affecting a vulnerable tenant. Despite repeated reports, meetings and assurances that action would be taken, the situation still remains unresolved and continues to impact the tenant’s wellbeing and ability to receive proper care.
What is particularly concerning is the apparent lack of urgency shown in addressing a situation that has been clearly documented and raised multiple times over a prolonged period. As a housing provider responsible for supporting vulnerable tenants, I would have expected a far more proactive and accountable response.
At this stage it feels as though the concerns raised have not been taken as seriously as they should have been. I hope Great Places review this matter properly and take the necessary steps to resolve it before further escalation becomes necessary.
Great Places are dragging their heels and they know it, so we will now be moving towards legal action as of today, hence this review going live. This will be posted across all platforms.
