I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. Please refrain from purchasing anything from them. I ordered a teddy bear in January, and I am still waiting for it. I've reached out via email and phone with no response, and the only reply I received to one email was that they would look into it. I'm still waiting for a reply to the fifteenth email I've sent. Terrible customer service and communication.
