I purchased a tartan scarf for £38 on October 25, with a delivery promise by November 25. As of December 31, 2025, I have not received any updates from the company. I have attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times but have received no replies. As a breast cancer survivor, this situation is particularly disheartening. Is any portion of the proceeds actually being donated to a breast cancer charity as claimed? I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. Please refrain from purchasing anything from them. I ordered a teddy bear in January, and I am still waiting for it. I've reached out via email and phone with no response, and the only reply I received to one email was that they would look into it. I'm still waiting for a reply to the fifteenth email I've sent. Two representatives have always responded kindly and politely. Update: After nine months, I decided to request a refund, and I received my money back for three scarves in less than 24 hours.
