I was considering ordering another item, but that would be unwise. I've asked for proof of donations made to Ukraine and breast cancer, based on comments I've read here. On the customer service front, I urge caution, especially with special pre-orders. I’ve managed to get emails from customer service that make me want to trust them. Two representatives have always responded kindly and politely. Update: After nine months, I decided to request a refund, and I received my money back for three scarves in less than 24 hours.
