Beware. I placed an order on the 16th of May for two Ukraine Forever scarfs. It was delayed several times. And today, the 3rd of October, I tried to ask through the site chat about expected delivery dates. I was told that the new expected shipping date is the 31st of October. The person on the other side of the chat smiled at my unhappiness and offered to cancel the order. I said no, I want my scarfs. We have a Ukrainian guest living in our house, the scarfs are important, especially after such a wait. After that I went on their Facebook page and described the situation. Pure facts, no emotions. Just the dates of the order and the expected shipping date. Nothing else.My comment was deleted, I was blocked, the order cancelled. After 4.5 months wait.
