Our hotels were not centrally located. They were near the train station but far from other attractions. After checking in, we discovered that our rooms were booked through a third-party service, which we could have done ourselves. When I attempted to change our hotel locations, I received no response until the day before our departure, which was too late to make adjustments. The scheduled pick-up driver arrived at our flight's landing time and could only wait an hour. We were not informed about the long Customs lines on weekends, causing the driver to leave, and we had to arrange our own transport. At the end of our trip, the driver failed to show up for our airport transfer. Very disappointing!
