Our hotels were not centrally located. They were near the train station but far from other attractions. After checking in, we discovered that our rooms were booked through a third-party service, which we could have done ourselves. When I attempted to change our hotel locations, I received no response until the day before our departure, which was too late to make adjustments. The scheduled pick-up driver arrived at our flight's landing time and could only wait an hour. We were not informed about the long Customs lines on weekends, causing the driver to leave, and we had to arrange our own transport. At the end of our trip, the driver failed to show up for our airport transfer. Very disappointing!
Had a Zoom conference with a representative regarding our upcoming trip to Greece. They were very responsive, answered all our questions, made additional suggestions, and supported our chosen locations. We will be doing a self-drive holiday, and the service is putting together a package for us.
Be cautious when booking a package with this service: they do not fulfill their promises. In my case, they claimed all transfers were included, but they were not. Additionally, I specifically requested all ferry routes to be on the high-speed ferry, yet I was placed on a slow ferry, resulting in a lengthy six-and-a-half-hour journey. I lost an entire day. Ironically, midway through the trip, they sent an email inquiring about my experience. When I reported the issues, they acted as if they had never received my feedback, and I received no response. I requested a refund for the lost day, but all I received was silence. Furthermore, the Athens tours did not include visits to main attractions. We spent a lot of money, yet the package excluded key points of interest. I wrote a review on their website, but it was never published. In summary: avoid this service—never travel with them.
We took tours to various locations and had a wonderful time. Everything was timely from our airport arrival. All drivers and guides were friendly and helpful, and their efforts were commendable. We highly recommend this service. Communication was excellent. Thank you very much! We will reach out again in the future.
