It clearly mentions: "Refund Policy: Since each product is made on demand, we cannot offer a full refund if the order is not canceled within 1-3 days due to raw materials and labor costs. Refund requests are processed within 20 business days." Additionally, I'm doubtful about the company's claims of being US-based, as the support email and website both originate from Lithuania.
