It mentions that refunds can only be processed if the order is canceled within 1-3 days due to the manufacturing process. Additionally, I'm now questioning the company's claims of being based in the US, as the email I received and the website both appear to originate from Vilnius, Lithuania.

I bought this as a gift for my partner and he loves it! I'm pleased with the product; it’s made from durable materials, has great quality, and is beautifully hand-painted. I got both the ray gun and zombie hands, which fit perfectly together, and the LED lights up brightly and came charged. It has a charging port at the handle's bottom. The item met my expectations, and I’m very happy with it. It arrived well-packaged in thick bubble wrap and tissue paper, with nothing damaged. Although delivery was a bit of an issue on my part, make sure someone is available to sign for it. I recommend ordering this in advance if it's a gift, as it requires a lot of craftsmanship, but it’s definitely worth the wait.
I ordered a model in August and still haven’t received it. Communication has been poor, to the point where I feel ignored. Their website has been flagged for phishing multiple times, and the emails sent to me have attempted to open suspicious sites. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a company. The only reason it gets two stars instead of one is that I believe there is a product somewhere; it’s just frustrating that I can't even cancel my order when I know they hadn't started it months ago.
The diffuser itself was fine. I ordered an elite pack which was supposed to include: manual, water bottle, Energy & Focus (Pure lemon), Relax & Chill (Pure jasmine), and Lavender essential oils (Recommended). I never received these items and have sent multiple emails to the support team, but the only response I got was that they are looking into it. It's been two weeks now... still no updates.
It took a while, but that’s expected since it’s coming from the other side of the world. The product is exquisite; they really know what they're doing, and it came with RGB lights, perfect for my streaming background. Thank you! I initially thought I wouldn’t receive it, but I was wrong and I’m thrilled!
