Today, I received a call from a friendly young man trying to convince me to return to the service. I used to be a satisfied customer, but after my three-year fixed tariff contract ended early last year, I wanted to switch to a dynamic contract, which the service couldn't provide at that time. They now offer this type of contract, but the representative couldn’t answer basic questions, like what the "inkoopvergoeding" is and if I can control my Tesla Model Y and Nibe S1155 heat pump through the app. I later searched the service's website for answers but found no information on the "inkoopvergoeding" or the heat pump; only that the Tesla can indeed be controlled via the app. Overall, I don't feel tempted to switch from my current provider, which I appreciate a lot.
