Mixed feelings about the recent call

Today, I received a call from a friendly young man attempting to bring me back to the service. I used to be a satisfied customer, but after my three-year fixed tariff contract expired early last year, I wanted to switch to a dynamic contract, which the service couldn't provide at that time. They now offer this type of contract, but the representative was unable to answer basic questions, such as what the "inkoopvergoeding" is and whether I can control my Tesla Model Y and Nibe S1155 heat pump through the app. I later searched for answers on the service's website, but found no information on the "inkoopvergoeding" or the heat pump; only that the Tesla can indeed be controlled via the app. Overall, I don't feel inclined to switch from my current provider, which I appreciate a lot.

Incompetent service experience

I had a terrible experience with the service. They were supposed to start my energy supply on July 1, but failed for over a month. Then I received an email from my network provider saying they would cut off my supply on August 12. I called the service multiple times to get my contract initiated, but they couldn’t manage it. I called one last time to cancel my contract completely. I chose another supplier, and everything went smoothly. Yet, on August 12, the service started a contract with me without my consent, overriding my agreement with the other supplier. They created problems that I resolved, only to complicate the situation further. They are incompetent on many levels. If I could give them -5 stars, I would!

Constant unwanted calls

I keep receiving calls from this energy provider. Not only are they the most expensive, but they are also the most bothersome.

Only interested in profit

Honestly, I got a contract through a comparison service and later learned via email that an employee admitted to a mistake. I still have to pay the so-called connection costs to the energy supplier, even within the 14-day grace period. They even pressure you into it. Moreover, if you want to lower your monthly payment, you can only do it by a maximum of 20%; for anything more, you need to contact them. Additionally, there's a standard waiting time of 15 minutes. Terrible company; they are only 'green' when it comes to taking your money.

Honestly, I secured a contract through a comparison service, but after reading reviews here, I decided to disconnect during the 14-day period. I sent an email and then called customer service; I received a prompt response. The representative was very kind and genuinely tried to assist me.

I recently switched from a previous provider to the service based on advice and made a two-year contract for only 27 euros a month with a fixed price instead of a dynamic one. If you have a dynamic contract, be aware that prices may rise without notice. The ongoing energy crisis has been a challenge for both customers and suppliers, largely due to external factors. I’ve noticed many people being misled by this service, which could be linked to inadequate data collection stemming from outdated smart meters needing replacement during the pandemic and energy crisis. I recently had a partially malfunctioning smart meter, which was replaced with a new one. TIP: Always record your own energy readings and upload them to the service to avoid misunderstandings at the end of the period. This acts as your own insurance.

Disappointing service

Disappointing experience. I sent 4 emails with no reply. I attempted to call 3 times, wasting 1.5 hours with no response. Their products are overpriced and of poor quality. This company is highly unprofessional. It's time to discontinue.
