Good customer service. Unfortunately Greenchoice, as many other energy suppliers, hires external companies to sell contracts. These sellers sometimes use illegal methods to talk you into signing a contract with Greenchoice. This is what happened to me. Although I was very skeptical, the seller still managed to convince me with a very elaborate story and arguments. An important argument being that he was working for my current energy supplier and only employees of my current energy supplier could see all the data he had on me. The day after, I called my current energy supplier to verify the seller's story, which turned out to be BS. I immediately called CS of Greenchoice. They helped me very well. After the contract was received by Greenchoice, I filled in the form to cancel the contract and sent it to Greenchoice (not to the seller company which was mentioned in the e-mail with the contract information). I called Greenchoice 1 second after sending the e-mail and immediately received the confirmation e-mail of the annulation. The cancellation took me about 15 minutes. In short: good customer service and bad choice in agency for customer recruitment.
