I used to be a satisfied customer, but after my three-year fixed tariff contract expired early last year, I wanted to switch to a dynamic contract, which the service couldn't provide at that time. They now offer this type of contract, but the representative was unable to answer basic questions, such as what the "inkoopvergoeding" is and whether I can control my Tesla Model Y and Nibe S1155 heat pump through the app. I later searched for answers on the service's website, but found no information on the "inkoopvergoeding" or the heat pump; only that the Tesla can indeed be controlled via the app. Overall, I don't feel inclined to switch from my current provider, which I appreciate a lot.
