We visited the restaurant yesterday We have been a few times before and it has just been ok,After yesterdays bad experience it will definitely be our last time,We started off with four coffees had to ask for spoons and sugar, no problem said the waitress, we never saw her again We had to ask another table for there sugar still no spoons had to use a knife to stir our coffee We then ordered four snacks, two arrived we waited for the other two but didn’t arrive we waited ten minutes and had to chase up the other two that took on other ten minutes One order was a chicken and chorizo toasty but there was no chicken on the toasty just chorizo and that was like dry leather so had to wait it to get that sorted The chips were like fried toe nail clippings and cold So we complained and requested a fresh replacement They arrived but were exactly the same just a bit warmer couldn’t eat them.Our friends coronation chicken sandwich nearly blew her head off, she had to request a glass of water.So just to sum it up poor service very poor food We made our views known to the waiter in return we just got a smile My opinion now is as long as they are making money no one really cared, complaint’s seemed to be the norm and have no intention to change
