I attempted to purchase a car through a local outlet, and they refused to refund me. They claim they lack sufficient information to open my account, forcing me to use it as a gift card. My funds are trapped, and I can't use them anywhere due to restrictions. This is a terrible experience, and I wouldn't even consider it worth the packaging it comes in. They are nothing but dishonest.
