I have been deeply distressed, struggling to sleep, and still owe those I intended to pay. I am currently homeless and doing my best to make ends meet. My attorney is handling my case on a no-win, no-fee basis, and if we win, he’ll seek additional compensation for my suffering and the hours I wasted on the phone without resolution.
