This service is a complete scam. This is the second time I've bought a card at a store, attempted to activate it, and encountered persistent technical issues. Eventually, after hours of trying to get through to a real person instead of a bot, I was directed to the fraud department. Now, due to the time wasted trying to activate this frustrating card, they claim I can't access my $180.00 and another $100.00 from a previous occasion. I can't use it until they decide whether I can. I submitted my receipt as instructed, and now I can't pay my electric bill because of this company's theft of my funds. I still haven't received my money despite following all the required steps. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I'm now going to the police department to report this company for theft.
