I can't give any stars based on my experience, but I had to select one. I bought a prepaid card at a convenience store to ensure I had funds to visit my seriously ill mother in Las Vegas. When I tried to activate the card days later, I was told it was already registered to someone else. I had loaded $175 onto it. After complaining, I was instructed to send my receipt, which I did. I was then informed that I wouldn't receive $135 back due to funds being unavailable. This feels like fraud and reflects poorly on their business practices. Now, I'm out $175 and unable to see my mother, all because of their mishandling of card information before the sale. It's incredibly unfair that I'm the one suffering due to their mistakes.
