What has happened over the past year? The food quality has really dropped. There’s a lack of attention to detail and the presentation was poor. My daughter's lasagne was burnt and hard around the edges, completely inedible. My gammon was so tough that I had to send it back. The chips lacked any flavor, and my partner's chicken wrap was just a few chicken pieces next to a hastily put together wrap. The food has really gone downhill.
