booked at one of our regular pubs hoping to use one of numerous "special offers" they send me. staff knew little about offers and after reading small print decided its no use at weekends..40minute wait for food so abandand the whole thing and went to another rival chain pub who do honour their offers.. have now unsubscribed from these trick offer emails and will stick with ones you can rely on
