My wife & I visited Moorhen public house in Harlow for a meal yesterday, on sitting down I had to ask Reece the waiter to turn off the air conditioning as it was pumping out Cold air, this he did, he then went off duty & the replacement waiter took over, I asked the waiter to put on the heating but all he said was it is cold in here, he did Nothing to put heating on I had ordered a upgrade steak to 8 ounces but got a 4 ounce steak, my wifes Scampi was full of oil & on trying to eat our meal in the Cold dining room proved impossible I took our meal away to eat at home.This pub is owned by Green King & if they can't address this issue then I shall Not return!!
