I visit the three elms and the Oystercatcher quite regularly . Both pubs have good food and you never have to wait too long , the staff are great in both pubs . My only gripe is that Greene king don't maintain there properties . The toilet in the Oystercatcher has had a badly rusted radiator and no ventilation due to the fan being faulty for over a year. As there is no window there is a stale unpleasant smell . The annoying thing is that it's not an expensive job but would make for a better experience . The other pub I mentioned is even more neglected the 2 outside arae have rotten decking and inadequate shelter , the toilets stink and the decor is really neglected . The staff and customers deserve better.
