This is probably the best customer service I have & I will ever receive, Green king guest relations team, and particularly Millie from guest relations have gone above and beyond in their efforts to help me with my ongoing parking ticket issues. They have kept me informed every step of the way with the actions that they have taken and with the best steps to resolve this, 24 hours after my initial call, I was called by Millie Evans (team leader) with fantastic news, stating that my CCJ will be removed and that Britannia will be removing all the parking charges from my account. Following on from this to unexpectedly find out that I’d also be having the money that I have paid for the parking charges reimbursed into my account. It’s just exceptional.
