Wow! what can I say a truly professional team from start to finish. I normally don't believe the hype but I can honestly say I have never meet a more professional team. Assistance and advice with any funding queries, quote, funding approval, installation and commissioning of an air source heat pump and new radiators all inside four weeks. My thanks go to Joe,Debbie and the wonderful installation team. Always on time, constantly cleaned up every day they were fully aware that a family were still living in the house they even supplied me a couple of small heaters to use whilst they were installing all of the equipment. The installation team ensured we we fully aware of how to operate the system and that we were happy with everything before leaving. Thanks to Matt and Lynn for arranging and conducting the final inspection at a time that suited my work schedule.
