The process began with Stephen’s initial visit — he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful — and continued with Debbie, who guided me through every step and made the whole journey feel straightforward and stress-free.The installation team, Luis and Matt, were professional, friendly, and kept me fully informed throughout. They worked incredibly hard alongside Majic the joiner/plasterer, Leon and James the electricians, and Colin, the Technical Heating Foreman, who carried out the Technical Survey and completed the handover.Lynne followed up with a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with the work and that the system was operating correctly, which was a great touch. Even in the short time since installation, I can already see the savings.
