I had done a lot of research into Solar before reaching out but still had some questions for the team, and the sales adviser Munro was very helpful.Install team - both the electricians Andy and Calum where on point very neat and full of information that I needed when the install was going ahead, a pleasure having them complete the work and answer all the questions I had.The roofing team where fast and did a neat job and also went through some of the details about the panel and layout for me.The scaffolders where very quick and careful, they even asked if I could move a plant in the garden so they would not crush it!All in all great, and the panels on a good day ( 12 ) of them can give up to 6.4kWh, really happy with the eco flow power ocean and app so far, and being a software guy have even signed up to the developer API.Octopus Energy also happy with and sign up for their API, so I can build out a data set of my own.If I have the initial budget I would have gone for one more battery, however the power ocean is modular so I will be in touch in the future for an add on, perhaps two.Thanks to all above mentioned as you have made my entry into solar a great starting point!
