From start to finish each member of the team we spoke to was helpful and professional. Phone support from Laura and the office team was exceptional, and they were very patient with our queries. We feel that continued support will always be available and it is not a case of job done. The installation of the heat pump, pipes and radiators was in our case quite tricky, but we were always consulted about the decisions that had to be made, and bringing in the specialist joiner gave us extra support and confidence. All in all this was a highly efficient operation and we are delighted with the result. The real test of course comes with the next Highland winter! ...but here's hoping. Our thanks to all.
