Before installing our air-sourced heat pump, no one explained that there is an annual service fee of £240, which is even more than a 20-year-old gas boiler. February this year we`ve had a problem with our heat pump and contacted them to check it out. Of course, they redirected us to the heat pump warranty and when the engineer came, he said that the installation company didn`t put enough antifreeze and provided me with the document for it. After that, I contacted Greener Energy immediately and they told me they would send someone to fill it up but this would be before wintertime. However, on 27 Oct the warranty with Greener Energy expired I contacted them to see when this engineer would come and they told me that no one would go if I didn`t pay the £240 service fee :) GUYS, I am serious, just do NOT EVER go with those people for anything! We had an even worse experience with their Solar Panels services. They are just not professional! I am thinking of contacting the ombudsman and trading standard and explaining everything.
