Initial contact from Greener Energy Group to set up a consultation for potential solar and battery install, Stuart the rep was welcomed and provided us with a very detailed no obligation package, all questions we had at the time were answered and found it a no brainer to get the deal. The install team (both electricians and scaffold solar panel engineers) arrived on the same day as planned and the whole system was installed, commissioned and up and running the same day, Steven (electrician) and his crew informed us of the stages they were at all the time and took the time to answer any further questions we had, and made time for chatting in general, these guys were quick, efficient and extremely friendly and helpfull throughout - been a long time since i had that top level service.After install, Laura and a few others (i forget their names so can only apologise) contacted us as after market to ensure we were 100% with everything before completing the deal and getting all certification and paperwork transferred.Greener Energy Group took care of everything and has made our install pain and hassle free and a joy to have - a massive thank you to all the Greener Energy Crew.
