Nowhere on your site is there a link to your helpcentre. So the dorks at GF365 replied as follows a day after the tee time; "We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. The auto-reply you received is only meant to confirm that your message reached us. Our team always follows up personally as soon as possible during business hours (09:00–15:00 CET). We’ve checked our records and would like to make sure your request is fully resolved. Please contact us again at [the same address as before] so we can assist you directly. We appreciate your patience and the chance to make this right.Incompetent Idiots. Their "365" doesn't include weekends or holidays so it should really be "Greenfee220"[if you're really lucky]. I booked on a weekend; I paid on a weekend; I played on a weekend; they don't work on weekends. DUH
