I was charged double the actual cost to play! The payment was taken before confirming if the tee time was available, and then I was given a time that didn't work for me. How can you list yourself on a golf club's website without any arrangement with them? I visited the club, and they had no knowledge of your service! I request a refund for my money!
I attempted to reset my password and found it quite frustrating. I managed to book a tee time despite being told I had to reset my password repeatedly. I still don’t know what my password is. I think I’ve booked a tee time (I hope). Otherwise, it's a decent tee booking app.
I had a terrible experience with this service. My friends and I relied on this app for our golf trip and booked all our courses in advance. None of the reservations went through, and the day before play, I received an email about the cancellations. We only managed to play one course. The worst part is they still charged me for one of the cancelled courses. Their support team is unhelpful and unresponsive. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. If anyone from the team can see this, please respond and rectify this situation; it’s unacceptable.

I made a reservation and paid nearly 600 euros. A few days prior to our scheduled time, a storm hit Spain and the golf course was closed. I reached out to inquire about how to manage the booking but received no response. On the day of our tee time, I went to the golf club, and as expected, it was shut. I contacted the platform again that same day and multiple times since then, using every email I could find, but have yet to get a reply. It's been over a week, and they've kept almost 600 euros for a service that was never delivered. No notifications, no customer service, no replies. Extremely disappointing experience.
The golf course was nice, and the greens were fast. I had a great time playing here. One point of disappointment was the poor condition of the practice balls at the driving range. Such quality is unacceptable for a golf course of this standard. The owner should invest in better practice balls for a proper start before a round.
The course was good and booking was easy, but like many things, the true test comes when problems occur. No buggies were allowed, which is fine, but the course was refunding groups, and our refund had to come via the agent. I informed the platform through the clubhouse and followed up, yet received nothing. They suggested I leave this review. I hope they resolve this soon. Regards.
