Poor quality product, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.Phone purchased in “excellent condition” failed in under 5 months despite being sold as having a new battery. I contacted them first to advise them of the issues I was having, then had no choice but to pay £170 for a battery replacement as I was overseas with no working phone.The technician found the original battery appeared second-hand and even had metal left inside, causing overheating and the screen lifting. Still not fixed.Green Gadgets then refused support because I had the phone repaired as a last resort and offered a laughable $30 “goodwill” refund.
