Placed an order on 20th November for Xmas delivery which I was told had been actioned ( but it hadn't ).Had to keep chasing and was advised that the company had ,had several bereavements which I understood .Continued to wait for several weeks but nothing so in mid January contacted them several times only to receive a curt message saying they would not be supplying the goods as they were not in stock .Found out later that the original ordered goods( which were in stock at the time of order ) had now increased in price 🤔Go to a more reputable company 61% of their customers gave them 1 star !!! and a further 8% between 2 stars according to Trust Pilot feedback .Given your latest response I have removed my previous comment,as before you have my apologies and sympathy .
