I can't praise GreenhouseRus enough. We had recently moved house and hadn't changed the address on our ebay account so the parcel got delivered to the wrong address. They could not have been more helpful sorting this out and the parcel arrived within a couple of days

Can’t thank Greenhousesrus enough for all their help in getting a new greenhouse . Their advice on what we needed from the start was second to none and their installation was brilliant. Sam and Andy worked really hard to install our 10’ x 20’ Robinson Rosette Dwarf Wall Greenhouse. They kept us informed of when they would arrive and worked even in the rain. They took all their rubbish away and left our garden clean and tidy. If you want a new greenhouse installed we cannot recommend them highly enough.
We chose GreenhousesRus after considering several companies at the Harrogate show in April. Sam and Mandy are genuine people , no hard sell and provided excellent advice. Sam also did an excellent job in installing the greenhouse. We are thrilled.
I ordered some greenhouse staging and (like other reviews I’ve now read) nearly a month later got an email saying the order is cancelled due to nonavailability despite the fact that when I rang to chase the order the previous week they promised shipment. I emailed to enquire if an alternative item was available but haven’t had a reply in over a week. Instead ordered an alternative item from Copagrey Ltd who delivered the very next day.
Placed an order on 20th November for Xmas delivery which I was told had been actioned ( but it hadn't ).Had to keep chasing and was advised that the company had ,had several bereavements which I understood .Continued to wait for several weeks but nothing so in mid January contacted them several times only to receive a curt message saying they would not be supplying the goods as they were not in stock .Found out later that the original ordered goods( which were in stock at the time of order ) had now increased in price 🤔Go to a more reputable company 61% of their customers gave them 1 star !!! and a further 8% between 2 stars according to Trust Pilot feedback .Given your latest response I have removed my previous comment,as before you have my apologies and sympathy .
I bought my green house from this company at Harrogate flower show. The green house is really great quality but also a really competitive price. In comparison to some of the other brands it was a far better price and still fantastic quality. The delivery was really quick, and the service has been fantastic. I needed a few other bits and the customer service was brilliant and the parts were shopped to me with24 hour couriers and arrived extremely well packed and in one piece. Really great greenhouse. Great price great customer service. Thank you.
