Completely useless service. I placed an order for a greenhouse accessory on 7th August 2018 and it's now 4th September and I have received nothing. I've had no email confirmation of the purchase either from them. I just called them and was told that 'we only ship things like that out with the greenhouse itself - we could courier it to you but the cost would be £18 pounds. You're better off buying it from where you bought the greenhouse'. It would have been nice to have had some communication from these people weeks ago. I honestly don't know how companies like this remain in business. A complete waste of my time.
