It's awful! They charged me over 1600 euros for a scratch I didn't cause on the car. I've already contacted my lawyers and I'm going to report this company. And if you want advice, don't rent from them. They'll try to extort you for small scratches that were already on the car, as was my case (I'll show the photos below).
