I've rented cars worldwide, but I've never encountered a company quite like this. Our flight was delayed, and upon reaching their office—which is quite far via shuttle bus—I found it closed at 12:20 AM, leaving no option to collect the rental I had arranged. We had to book a nearby hotel for the night. The next day, I spent over two hours waiting for the car. I did meet a pleasant representative named Shan, and I received a decent vehicle, which was a plus. However, upon returning it, another representative immediately claimed that the wheels were severely scuffed and insisted it would cost me over £195 plus VAT to repair. He seemed eager to charge me and lacked basic courtesy. After that, I was left waiting for the shuttle back to the airport, which had already departed, forcing me to wait an additional 35 minutes for the next one. I nearly missed my flight, and the customer service was virtually nonexistent. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone; stay away.
