After calling to ask if paying the deposit by debit card instead of credit card, if it has a big enough limit, which the customer service confirmed, they first wanted to charge us 250€ extra for insurance, then doubled down and offered a cheaper extra service (was still about 150€ extra), which we didn't want to pay. We didn't get a refund, even if their customer service informed us incorrectly. We lost ~150€
