Fraudulent activity? I rented a car for two weeks. Had an issue with my credit card - the person at the counter told me I could leave instead a deposit of 992 euro and it would be refunded within 4 weeks. Returned the car in pristine condition and told I would receive my deposit as expected. Guess what? Never received - even after multiple complaints. Will proceed with legal action.EDIT: after the reply below, where I have been directed to a different e-mail account for escalation, I have followed advice and requested one more time for the return of my deposit. Will update review here with their follow-up.
